Montego Way is a pet-friendly community that welcomes residents and their companions. The community is designed to give your pets the quality of life that you expect and they deserve. Pet Monthly Rent Min/Max: $20-$40

We welcome any combination of 3 pets within the allowed pet types. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee required per pet. The maximum size aquarium we allow is 40 gallons. 

The following types of dogs (whether purebred or mixed breed) are prohibited: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Presa Canarios, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepard's, Huskies and Wolf-hybrids.
